HIM

HIM was a gothic rock band from Helsinki, Finland that formed in 1991 under the name His Infernal Majesty. The band released their second album Razorblade Romance in 2000, which reached the number on spot in Finland, Austria and Germany. Their 2005 album release Dark Light became the group’s most commercially successful album, charting in 15 countries. HIM became the first Finnish group to receive a gold record in the US and is one of the most commercially successful Finnish bands of all time, but ultimately disbanded following a farewell tour in 2017.
